Stanford Law School’s Criminal Justice Center (SCJC) is seeking your input regarding the prosecution of crimes in which the defendant is a victim or survivor of domestic violence (“survivor-defendant”). Your responses to this survey will serve as the foundation in the development of model protocols and practices for charging in these types of cases.
Please participate in this survey to help SCJC identify counties in the United States that have experience prosecuting homicide, attempted homicide, and failure to protect cases.
The survey is 9 questions and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Please complete the survey by October 7, 2022. If you have any questions, please email Kara Salovaara at [email protected]
We appreciate your insight!

I think the DV Survivor -Defendant Survey is beneficial. Due to the fact it lets Prosecutors and others who are in the Criminal Justice Profession see how other Prosecutors Offices Thoughts and Programs on DV Survivor -Defendant Work and Programs.
