Summary: Jill Hollander will discuss the surveys and interactions that she used between her office and the community to engage and gain feedback. Over the past 4 years, the Elder Abuse and Animal Cruelty Unit has touched nearly 20,000 citizens through outreach designed to educate and prevent cruelty to vulnerable victims including animals.
