This may include administrators from behavioral health and criminal justice systems as well as practitioners engaged in this work. This virtual discussion will include a presentation and panelist discussion highlighting new and innovative ways to approach incorporating clinicians into the legal process to achieve better outcomes.  
 
To better understand how to build these collaborations, panelists will discuss their program and the role of clinicians and prosecutors to identify successful strategies, such as creating buy-in, understanding professional differences impacting the work, and identifying conflicts of interest. The discussion will conclude with a question-and-answer session for participants.
