Maryland Children’s Alliance, a member of National Children’s Alliance, is dedicated to supporting child victims of sexual and other abuse through the child advocacy center’s trauma-focused approach.  Based on the National Children’s Alliance National Standards for Accredited Members, this webinar focuses on how Maryland Children’s Alliance adapted each of the ten National Standards, highlighting the unique qualities of working with child victims of sex trafficking through the child advocacy center and multidisciplinary team approach.  This webinar provides an introduction and overview to this manual; with suggestions for how to strengthen a child advocacy center and their multidisciplinary team’s support of child victims of sex trafficking.
